BABY ROMPER PATTERN AND TUTORIAL

In the design of this romper, we have combined an aesthetically cute pleasing element of a baby's wardrobe with the functionality and easy dressing up. This adorable bubble romper with the ruffle collar is great as a newborn daily outfit for summer or well not only. Your baby can wear it instead of a normal bodysuit in summer and you can layer it with tights and cardigan if it gets chilly. The legs are wide and just slightly cropped for comfort and practicality. A wide armhole and a V-shaped slit on the back will be especially comfortable. An additional closure with snap fasteners adds convenience to dressing up. There are many sewing steps in this tutorial, but almost all of them are of the same type and even a beginner can handle them. In addition, in this tutorial we show you how to process edges without overlock using French seam stitching.

Finished sizes: 0 – 3 years / 50 – 98 cm height

Material List:
I use 100% cotton fabric
The main fabric: from 31.5 inches* 31.5 inches (80 cm*80 cm) to 30 inches* 20 inches (75 cm*50 cm) according to sizes
Woven interfacing (Pellon for example): from 4 inches*4 inches (10 cm*10 cm) to 16 inches *16 inches (40 cm *40 cm)
threads and elastic band

Tools:
ruler, scissors, pencil, pins, 3 metal ring snaps buttons, snap button setting tool with anvil, hammer, sewing machine (I sew on Janome home sewing machine), sewing machine needles №80

Sewing machine setting:
Sew lining 2.5 stitches wide
Topstitching 3 stitches wide
Sew lining 4 stitches wide (seam for gathering ruffles)

This pattern available in ENGLISH and is designed to be printed on A4 (21 cm x 29,7 cm) and Letter 8.5-11 inches
The tutorial has a lot of detailed illustrations and photos included to help you with every step (35 pages and more than 20 step by step photos).
