Mutton hari mirch keema recipe | Chatpata Spicy Keema hari mirch |Chef Osama Jalali
Recipe:
Ingredients
• Oil 200 ml
• Onions 250 gram
• Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder 1.5 tbsp
• Coriander powder 3 tbsp
• Cumin powder 1 tbsp
• Mutton Keema 1 kg
• Water
• Yoghurt 200 gram
• Green chilies 150 gram
• Garam Masala 1 tsp
Method
• Take a heavy bottom pan.
• Chopped the peeled onions and fry in oil till golden brown
• Add the ginger garlic paste once the onions are done
• Also at this stage add the powdered spices , salt , red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder
• Now add the Keema and saute for some time till it separates oil.
• Then add water and cover the lid till the keema is done.It will take around 45 minutes
• Once its cooked add yoghurt and saute and cook till its water is dried and it leaves oil
• Now slice and slit the chilies. Add the pieces of chili to the keema and close the lid.
• Also add Garam masala
• Cook for 5 minutes and the keema is ready.
• Garnish with sliced chilies
