In this video, I'm using a mod called Prehevil Plus, developed by Frederika Michelle. The mod is really great, with some expanded areas and additional mobs that you can find. You can download the mod on Nexus.
She is the hidden superboss of the mod. I find her even harder than the Heartless One. The main issue is the nausea status she can inflict, and you need a specific item to mitigate it. As for the location, I'll leave that as a surprise.
