Shortcrust Pastry here is super crunchy, while the Chocolate ganache fills the bite with a soft and silky consistency! Boosted over 9000 with berries jam on the bottom! That easily force you to crave another bite!

200g Butter
160g Sugar
2 medium-sized eggs
200g Flour 00
200g Wholemeal flour
Zest of a lemon
1 Vanilla bean
200g Berries Jam
Ganache:
320g Milk cream
400g Dark Chocolate 70%
