So many golfers I see don't shift their weight as they swing. Instead, they hang back, slide or spin out. If you do any of these things you will never get to this position that is seen in pro golf swings.
Here is an easy way to shift your weight that you can literally be doing around the house on a daily basis. I say this because if you have never been in this position before it will take a little balance.
So every day you do this easy drill and get used to it. Once you do, start adding it to your golf swing. This will get you to finally start to get you to shift your weight which will get you to shift your weight and use your body to hit the ball instead of just your arms.
Once you get your body moving you will generate more clubhead speed giving you more distance plus you will start hitting solid irons shots too.
