Welcome back for one of my family's favorite snacks.
The spice level in this is easily customizable by adjusting the amount of hot sauce added to the brine.

Ingredients
6 lbs of hot dogs cut into thirds
1 large package of cocktail wieners
6-7 jalapeños sliced into rings
12 cloves of garlic sliced
1 Vidalia onion
1 red onion
3 TBS of pickling spice
1/2 TBS of peppercorns
1 TBS red pepper flakes
1 cup water
4 cups white vinegar
2 cups of hot sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (optional)
