Hot & Sweet & Spicy Pickled "Hot Dogs & Onions!"
A great snack at $1.00 a pound! Great on Ritz Crackers!
Use the same brine for pickled eggs?

Recipe!

2 (1 lb. packages) of Hot Dogs
4 cups of vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 to 2 tbsp. pickling spice
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup of Frank's Hot Sauce
1/2 cup of sugar (You can go up to 1 cup)
Fill jars with 1 1/2 inch long hot dogs and onions
Bring brine to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Pour hot brine over hot dogs and onions
Refrigerate for 3 days then enjoy!
