In this 5 Day 15 Minute Abs Challenge we will utilise different techniques and methods to get your core firing and your abs burning. With a mix of weighted abs, bodyweight abs, standing abs and Pilates abs, each day will challenge your tummy in different ways to gain strength, endurance and tone in the mid section area.

We use a Pilates ball in this class but you can do every exercise without one.

Please make sure you are fully warmed up before starting and cool down afterwards.
