HOW TO EASILY COOK DUCK A L'ORANGE! - Cooking in Paris!

If you're looking to learn how to easily cook Duck a l'Orange, this video shows you exactly how to do that! While yes we are destination wedding photographers, we are also foodies at heart! Doug (that's him in the video) also spent a couple years at culinary school before we moved to Paris. While there are certainly more complex ways to make the orange sauce, this is pretty quick and extremely easy with great results. Duck breast with fat/skin intact
Orange
Shallot
Salt & Pepper
Stock
Cold Butter
