Ingredients for 1 Kg
75 % pork shoulder (750g)
25 % pork back fat (250g)
Spices per Kg of meat
150 g spinach
150 g feta
18 g salt
3 g garlic powder
2.5 g black pepper
1.25 g nutmeg
