Monday
FOIL KABAB
Ingredients
Minced chicken 250 grams
Boiled shredded egg 1
Onions minced 2
Green chilies minced 3-4
Chopped coriander some
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Tikka boti or seekh kabab masala 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Salt to taste
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
To make kababs
Cheese slices as required
Aluminum foil as required
Method:
1-chopperize all ingredients for Kebab and shape into small logs with piece of cheese slice in Centre. Roll in
Foil like toffee:
2-dry roast in pan for 7-10 minutes. Then and oil and cook at medium. Flame for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
Potato and red bean salad
Ingredients
Baby potatoes 1 kg
Baby tomatoes 12
Red beans 1 can
Green chilies 2-3 chopped
Mint leaves 8-10
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted cumin ground 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Onion sliced thinly 1
Green beans boiled 10-12
Method
Peel and boil potatoes, wash tomatoes, green chilies, mint leaves, red beans, green beans, keep aside. In a big bowl, add potatoes with red beans, seasonings, sauces, put in a salad bowl, put baby tomatoes on top of your dish, garnish the rest of your dish with mint leaves and green chilies.
Citrus mint cooler
Ingredients
Fresh mint leaves 2 cups
Lemon juice ½ cup
Caster sugar ½ cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Method
In a blender put mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice, salt, black salt, blend all well, pour in a glass, garnish with black salt, mint leaves, ice cubes and serve.
