NATURAL SELF HEALING COURSE

Regulating oneself in the midst of studying healing methods; to partly study, and partly regulate; improve your health; to use herbal medicine and natural healing methods with everyone’s help.

Be clear that we are not a hospital nor a hotel. Our living conditions are very austere. We are also not Spirit Immortals or angels. No one can guarantee that your illness will be resolved. We are only able to provide an opportunity, since your health and life are in your own hands. Via the methods that we teach you, we are hoping that you will be able to open the great gate of your own body’s self-healing abilities. We hope that you are able to retrieve your health through the study of theoretical knowledge and practical methods of healthcare, which you can then apply to help even more people to get healthy, to have a healthy life.
Therefore you can participate in this course if there are any problems in your body and mind.

This page has been created by students of the Temple who wish to contribute to the continuity of Daoist practices and teachings on the Wudang Mountain. All of the teachings mentioned in the content of this website are taught in full at the temple by the residing abbot. All proceeds from student fees are used to meet the basic needs of residing Daoists and to maintain and develop the temple. Any excess is distributed by the abbot to local people in need of charity. It is our hope that more people may come to this sacred place to share in the many wisdoms being imparted by Abbot Li Shifu and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the nature of the Self.
