Finally Day 20, Starting off with a solid Bicep and Tricep Gym Routine for Beginners.
For those that ask, yes you can do Bicep and Tricep on same day or you can do it on separate days, you can even switch between the two to keep confusing the muscle. It is always good to change exercises around.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Alternate Dumbbell Curl
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Barbell Curl (Ez Bar)
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Alternate Hammer Curl
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Pronated Curl (EZ Bar)
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Preacher Curl (Ez Bar)
3 Sets of 25 Reps
Tricep Push Down (ROPE)
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Bench Dips
3 Sets of 33 Reps
