Hey EM aficionados!
For several years now, many of you have asked about that mysterious "Image Settings" control panel inside microscope control on FEI (ThermoFisher) S/TEMs. Well, truth be told, I personally don't use it very frequently (nor is its use necessary to produce the best possible results), but that's not to say it doesn't have the potential to be useful for the right person under the right circumstances.
So, in this video (as always, filmed raw, unedited, uncensored, unfiltered, and uncut), I finally cover the different functions of the "Image Settings" control panel as well as what alignments need to be performed beforehand to ensure that everything works properly.
