Running the Valencia Marathon: come and spend the weekend with us!

The Valencia Marathon!

It’s the fastest race and marathon event worldwide, in the year of 2024 there were over 5000 sub 3 hour finishers, an unbelievable achievement and the field was quite literally stacked. With groups upon groups of runners all out there on the streets of Valencia aiming to conquer their own goals. The months, years of training all coming towards this event for most.

Up until the Monday before the race, a marathon wasn’t going to be on the cards this week. We made the very last minute decision to make the trip to Valencia, with us initially deciding against the trip and making a claim with the travel insurance, due to the recent flooding, however they ultimately refused our claim. Meaning our trip to Valencia was made in the previous week. Naomi’s build had been short and sweet, for the marathon, up, down and spun around but coming from zero mile weeks in August to peaking for a marathon to where she is now has been superb.
