Leeds Ironman // swim, bike, and run, this was a good day out!

The inaugural Leeds Ironman, around the hilly roads of Yorkshire and swimming in Roundhay park. Scenic, ish. And very Yorkshire, well supported, top weather and a fantastic day out. Naomi entered this on the day of release, always aiming for an Ironman event every couple of years, her last being in Lanzarote, 2 years ago. An itch that just needs scratching. Training has been a roller coaster this year, picking up a couple of niggles post-London marathon has meant that more time has been spent on the bike. And her furthest long run has totalled around 10 miles. It made for an interesting day at the office.

But she didn’t disappoint, completed it with a smile on her face and did rather quite well. Take a watch to see how she got on!
