Namaste Yogis, I am back with new lesson. In this video I have talked about Ek Pad Koundiyanasana 2. With all the adjustments, use of the props, tips or key points, contraindications & Benefits of this beautiful arm balancing posture.
In the final position of this pose, we work on the arms and legs. While performing this posture we try to make the body lighter and off course feels after understanding the posture and it’s meaning.
The name of the posture reminds us Sage kaundinya. And when we practice this pose it’s bring his strength & knowledge into our body and mind.
