Drunken prawns | Cooking Ah Pa

Drunken Prawns is a popular dish in this region, the only thing you need to decide is the ratio between yellow rice wine and water, and yes, you can even choose to use 100% wine only. Ah Pa prefers 50:50.

Ingredients:
150g of XL prawns
Some goji berries
1 small bowl of yellow rice cooking wine (with few slices of ginger and 1 dang gui)
1 small bowl of chicken stock (1 teaspoon of Cooking Ah Pa chicken stock + hot water)
Fresh corianders (to garnish)
