Toscana Isles Board of Directors, and the TI Outside Committee, and the residents informed the Venice City Council, the proposed development would cause great harm to the residents of Toscana Isles, the environment, and its community. The Town Council ruled in favor of the TI Board, the TI Outside Committee, and its residents. A petition was also generated at the Change.org site, and it obtained 750 signatures.
