I’ve always wanted to try it but I didn’t think I could take it. Being in an ice bath for 3 whole minutes.
When @duke_krishnan instructed me to ice my thumb a while back in a bowl of ice water I couldn’t last 30s. Hence staying in an ice tub with my whole body was a pleasant surprise.
Huge thank you to @mindofdavid88 and breath coach @piyachaiteo for letting me experience it. I am definitely a fan now of this chilling experience and if we can we want our own tub 😆
