Crispy dosa base, upar se crunchy noodles aur tangy, saucy veggies - ekdum chatpata fusion 😋
Written recipe
2 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped capsicum
Half cabbage (200 grm)
1 pckt boiled noodles
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp soya sauce
Salt
1/2 sp black pepper powder
Cheese
Method
Add oil to a pan. Saute all mentioned vegetables. Add noodles. And add all the sauces. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Lastly add cheese.
