Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep is an ancient technique that helps you deeply relax and reset the nervous system. Listen anytime (except while driving please!!!) For this yoga nidra meditation I recommend lying down with pillows, blankets and something to cover your eyes with so you can deeply relax! Add crystal, oils, angel cards or anything your heart desires!
