Virtual Panel Discussion: Rethinking Georgian Art in the 20th Century
Friday, November 4, 2022 / 10 am to 1 pm
In conjunction with the Zimmerli exhibition Locating Georgia: Selections from the Norton and Nancy Dodge Collection of Nonconformist Art from the Soviet Union, scholars and curators of Georgian art explore the use of religious imagery, question our understanding of “Georgian Pop-Art,” and consider the significance of Georgian art in the context of the Dodge collection.
