Try this yummy and easy KARAHI KALEJI MASALA on the day of EID AL ADHA and get loads of appreciations from family and friends.
I gave you a brief tutorial of cutting, pealing ,boiling and cooking in this video so all the begginners shall easily prepare this.
SET which will be used in it
LIVER / KALEJI , GALL BLADDER / TILLI , KIDNEYS / GURDEY, ASOPHIGUS / NARKHARA , LUNGS / PHEPHRA , HEART / DILL
INGREDIENTS :
boil gall bladder and heart in a pan with 1 tsp garlic paste untill 80 to 90 % cooked
remove all the impurities 2 to 3 times '
boil liver in a separate pan with 1 tsp garlic paste for just 2 mins then drain and wash thoroughly.
INGREDIENTS :
tomatoes 2 medium to large peeled and grind with
ginger 1 tbsp
green hot chilies 4
OIL 1 cupgarlic paste 1 tbsp full
yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
tikka boti masala or tikka seekh kabab masala ( any brand you like ) 1 tbsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
cumin 1 tsp crushed
coriander 1 tbsp crushed
dry fenugreak leaves 1 tbsp
onion 1 medium thickly sliced
fresh coriander 1 tbsp chopped
green chilies 2 chopped
