Ingredients
900g green split peas
Pork tenderloin or boneless pork chop
Rookworst (smoked sausage)
2 litres of soup stock
1 litre of water
2 or 3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 large onion
1 medium potato
1 bouillon cube
Salt & Pepper
Maggi liquid seasoning
2 or 3 Bay leaves
