শীতের রাতের মন ভালো করা উষ্ণ নতুন স্বাদের চিকেন কোফ্তার স্টু/Chicken Kofta Stew/Chicken Ball Stew

Ingredients & Preparation:
Ingredients : (for Chicken Kofta)
1. Chicken Keema : 300 gm
2.Bread Crumbs : 4 tbsp
3. Egg : 1 (Beaten)
4. Onion (Medium) : 1 (Chopped )
5. Salt to taste
6. Black Pepper : 1/2 tsp
7. Garlic Cloves : 4-5 (chopped)
8. Green Chillies : 1 (chopped)
9. Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 2 tbsp
10. Lemon : 1/2 (Juice)
11. Kashmiri Red Mirch Powder : tsp
Mix all the above ingredients together. Mix Well. Cover and keep in rest for 10 minutes
Make ball shaped dumplings as many as possible.
Fry all the dumplings in 1 cup Refined Oil till they turn to golden colour. Fry lightly. Add the dumplings in the oil in high flame and fry in medium flame.
Shift to a bowl.
Preparation:
1. Heat 3 tbsp R.Oil in a kadhai.
2. Add chopped Onion pieces.
3. Add 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes, chopped Garlic Cloves (4 to 5) & chopped Tomato (1 ). Saute in medium flame in medium Flame.
4. Add 1 tsp Ginger Paste. Saute for 2 mins in low flame.
5. Add Potato & Carrot pieces (1 Medium; Cut in big sized). Saute for 5 mins in low flame.
6. Add any Capsicum and Beans pieces. Saute for 2 mins in Medium flame.
7. Add 3 cups of water. Cover for 10 minutes in low to medium flame.
8. Add Salt to Taste. Add fried Chicken Balls. Add a mixture of 1/2 cup milk and 1 tsp cornflour under low flame. Cover for 5 minutes in medium flame or till the vegetables are well boiled.
9. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and 1 tbsp Butter. Cooking is complete. Put off the flame.
10. Add 1/2 tsp Black pepper & chopped Coriander leaves.
11. Shift to a serving bowl.
12. It is so delicious & soothing while serving with steamed rice or rooti as a winter dinner dish.
