Tattooing lips with high titanium dioxide pigments can have adverse effects on long-term lip blush-healed results.
Carla Ricciardone of Sculpted Studios creates a DUPE using the ENHANCE pigment collection, which was created in collaboration with Perma Blend after four years of intense research and development.
This duped mix is a match for World Famous Ink -Aileen Wuornos Blush. The dupe using Marlo and Haze contains approximately 60% less titanium dioxide, no Iron Oxide colored pigments, and no red 210, making this pigment mix REACH compliant.
