🔥 Easy & Quick Adana Kebab Recipe | Super Delicious Chicken Kebab 🔥

Welcome back to my channel! Today I’m sharing a very easy, quick, and extremely delicious Adana Kebab recipe made with chicken mince. This recipe uses simple ingredients and cooks perfectly on a pan—no grill needed! Juicy, flavourful, and perfect with naan or rice. 😋

🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken mince (with extra fat)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 big onion
• 2 big red chillies
• 2 big green chillies (non-spicy)
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 tsp ghee

👩‍🍳 Method:
1. In a large bowl, add the chicken mince, salt, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, and paprika.
2. Blend the onion, red chillies, and green chillies into a paste. Squeeze out all excess water.
3. Add this mixture to the mince.
4. Add garlic paste and ghee. Mix everything very well.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Take a kebab skewer, grab a handful of the mixture, and shape it into a long kebab.
7. Heat a flat pan and cook the kebabs for 5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
8. Once the outside is golden and cooked through, your delicious Adana Kebabs are ready!
