Watchin' Movies & Dyin' Inside: "Ski Patrol" (1990) Screwball/Comedy

I watch another movie and see whether or not it's amazing or if I start dying inside. Today's feature: 1990's "Ski Patrol", directed by Richard Correll. When a wealthy land developer and a smug, blonde hot-shot skier team up to cause trouble on the slopes, it's up to the Ski Patrol to save the day.

If you liked "Ski School" or "Hot Dog... The Movie", but didn't approve of all the bawdiness and nudity, this is the ski comedy for you. It's actually like a sitcom without a laugh track. But, like, a sitcom from 1990.

It'd be miserable without a first-rate cast: Martin Mull, George Lopez, Paul Feig, Ray Walston, and the inimitable Leslie Jordan. And even then, I was still dying inside.
