On Sunday 4th May 2025 , I took on the IOW Randonnee. This is a free annual cycling event on the Isle of Wight.
This video shows the major climbs that cyclist needs to make to complete the course. The whole course is 65 miles with about 4500ft of hills.
Not exactly a easy ride.
