On this episode, an officer observes an SUV approaching him from the rear at 101 MPH! He initiates a traffic stop and the vehicle reverses and he has to backup to avoid a collision. After approaching the vehicle he learns it is 2 women that have both been drinking. The driver blames her driving on a recent argument with her boyfriend. That however doesn't justify her failing roadside testing. She is placed under arrest and refuses to submit a breath test.
