What can be done to halt the Armenian cultural destruction in Artsakh

It has been exactly one year since the forced migration of Armenians from Artsakh. Since then, Azerbaijan has begun to swiftly erase Armenian cultural heritage from the region. Experts warn that if this cultural destruction is not stopped, all traces of Armenian presence in Artsakh will disappear over time. What is the international community doing to address this?
