We traveled from Karachi to Amarkot to explore the Thar desert in the winter season. Umarkot / Amarkot is city in Sindh Pakistan in the Tharpaker desert region with the largest number of Hindu's, close to the India-Pakistan border (Thar Desert side). Our Journey was almost 315 kms one side started the road trip by 4 am via the M9 Karachi - Hyderabad motorway then took the Mirpurkhan exit from Hyderbad and reached Umarkot by 10 am. We explored the city the main Thar Bazar, and the Umarkot Fort. The is the first video of the series stay connected to see more explorations of the Thar Region.
