Da oggi e nelle prossime puntate tratteremo del periodo Mondial Spa con Roberto Ziletti ovvero l’imprenditore artefice del rilancio del 1999. Partiamo dal suo amore per le moto che lo porta a collezionare ed usare in pista quasi un centinaio di moto da corsa (tra cui Cagiva 500 GP); che lo porta a correre ed infine a tentare l’immane avventura di diventare costruttore di moto. Le difficoltà nella realizzazione della Piega 1000 sono svariate e queste unite ai ritardi nonchè alla gestione di due aziende in contemporanea portano l’azienda in serie difficoltà… se volete sapere di questo intreccio di velocità, vicende umane, tecnici geniali, grandi trionfi e cocenti delusioni non vi resta che guardare il video.

From today and in the next episodes we will take you into the Mondial Spa period with Roberto Ziletti, the entrepreneur responsible for the 1999 relaunch. We'll start start from his love for motorbikes which led him to collect and use almost a hundred racing motorbikes on the track (including Cagiva 500 GP); and finally to attempt the adventure of creating a motorcycle company. There were many issues in the creation of the Piega 1000 and these combined with the delays as well as the management of two companies at the same time lead the company into serious problems... if you want to know about this mixture of speed, brilliant technicians, great triumphs and bitter disappointments all you have to do is watch the video.
