Ever wondered why your jaw hurts?
This Tongue curler exercise may be your way out of miserable jaw pain and tight cheeks every single morning.
Well if you are snoring or have got a sleep APNOEA diagnosis the you are likely to mouth breathe.
But if your tongue is weak and lazy, it will close off your airway.
Snoring is the sign of mouth breathing.
Mouth breathing can cause clenching and grinding that cause jaw pain.
So by training your tongue to stay up on the roof of your mouth (hard palate) helps you breathe in better so less clench/grinding so that means less stress in the jaw joints and muscles so that your jaw will naturally feel much much better!
