Cut chicken nuggets into small pieces (3-4 pieces)
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of artificial chicken broth
1/4 tsp of ginger powder
1/4 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of soy sauce
1/3 of egg white
1 tsp of corn starch
After mixing the above you can set aside for a few hours in the fridge
Mix together four eggs, 2 cups of panko bread crumbs, 1.5 cup of corn starch
For thinner chicken nuggets using one coat
Coat first in corn starch then dip in egg mixture and then coat again in panko bread crumbs by pressing down on each side
For thicker chicken nuggets using two coats
Coat with corn starch then dip into egg mixture then recoat with corn starch dip again in egg mixture and once more in panko
Coat chicken nuggets into corn starch then egg mixture then Panko bread crumbs
Freeze for 1 hour
To Cook:
Fill wok with 1/2 full of oil
Nuggets 5-7 minutes in total
Place the nuggets straight from freezer to the wok.
