In the first video we hunted down and ripped apart the donor S10 truck which is giving up its bones to bring our customers 1953 Chevy track back to life, in this episode that process continues! With the Code 504 kit arriving in the mail we dig into an unboxing and walk you through almost the entire process of prepping the donor frame.

When building a pro touring, restomod, or even classic restoration this is an EXCELLENT alternative to buying a full rolling chassis for twice the price.

One of the things we discuss with customers a lot is the sheer time scale for projects like this, as a small independent shop just outside Columbus Ohio it's extremely hard to have the time and space to take on a mission such as this. Hot rod shops, speed shops, racecar shops ... there's a long list of failed ventures even just in OUR area that bit off more than they could chew.
