TODAYS WORKOUT
Glute Activation
3x20 of each
Banded glute bridges
Banded Donkey kicks
Banded side steps
Banded kick backs
Bnaded clam shells
The Lift
1. Pause Deadlifts 3x8-10
SUPERSET
1. Box Jumps 3x5
2. Barbell RDL 3x8-10
SUPERSET
2. Barbell Glute Bridge 3x20 with 10-second hold at top
3. Eccentric Hamstring Curls 3x10 (we alternated these with the single leg glute bridge)
SUPERSET
3. DB Sumo Squat 3x12-15
4. Cable Kickbacks 3x15 each leg
