4 cup+2 tbsp all purpose flour (500g)
1/2 cup powder milk (45g)
2 tbsp baking powder (20g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
1/4 cup Ube powder (30g)
2 tbsp Ube color and flavor
3/4 cup water (187ml)
1 egg
1/8 cup butter or margarine (28g)
Sesame seeds for coating
if you don't have ube powder
make 4 tbsp of the ube flavoring
