Vegetable Broth from Scraps - Instant Pot Recipe

Vegetable Broth, from kitchen Scraps? In an Instant Pot! Don't throw away those onion peels, broccoli stalks and carrot ends! Make them into an amazing veggie broth! THEN compost the remains. Zero waste, amazing taste! This recipe and method works well even if you don't have an Instant Pot. Just cook on the stovetop in a large pot for 30-45 minutes.

Ingredients:
Clean, uncooked Veggie Scraps (we collect them and keep them in the freezer)
1 Gallon of Water
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper Corns
1 Tablespoon Dried Sage
1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
(you can add the herbs you like)
Garlic cloves, smashed (the amount of your liking, we used 8 small cloves)
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
