🍊 Ingredients:
• 3 large oranges.
• 1⅔ cups (400 ml) heavy cream.
• ⅔ cup (140 g) sugar.
• ½ cup (120 ml) fresh orange juice.
• Orange zest and vanilla (optional).
💡 Serving Suggestions.
• Before serving, the orange posset can be decorated with fresh berries (such as strawberries or raspberries), mint leaves, or grated dark chocolate.
• When the pudding is ready to serve, you can add an original touch. Lightly sprinkle each serving with sugar and caramelize it with a blowtorch, like you would for crème brûlée. This will give the posset a crispy crust and enhance the flavor even more.
• Traditionally, posset is served with a crunchy biscuit (like shortbread).
