Ingredients (for 20cm pan):
Crust:
• 160g Biscoff biscuits
• 80g melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
• 250g cream cheese
• 300g heavy cream
• 75g powdered sugar
• 70–80g Biscoff spread
• 6–7g gelatin + 35–40g water
Topping:
• Biscoff spread, gently warmed
• Extra Biscoff biscuits for decoration
Instructions (short version):
1. Crush biscuits & mix with melted butter → press into pan → chill while preparing filling.
2. Beat cream cheese with sugar, fold in whipped cream.
3. Bloom & melt gelatin, fold into mixture.
4. Pour filling onto crust → smooth & level → chill 5–6 hours or overnight.
5. Warm Biscoff spread gently and pour on top → decorate with biscuits.
6. Slice & enjoy your creamy, no-bake Biscoff cheesecake!
