Banana Batter:
3pcs Ripe Banana
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 water
3 eggs
1 1/2 All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda Powder
1tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Batter: Blend
1 1/2 Bar of Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Condensed Milk
2 Yellow Egg Yolks
1 Egg White
1tsp Vanilla Extract
2tbsp. Cornstarch
Streusel Toppings: Mix
1/4 Cup All purpose flour
1/4 Cup Sugar ( White or Brown ) I used White Sugar
2 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
Baked for 45 Minutes 300°
Put water inside the oven at the bottom of the cake so it will not burn the bottom.
After 45 Minutes. Turn the Broil for 1 minute
until top is Crispy Brown.
