Welcome back to my channel for a very long overdue recap of the last few weeks of maintaining fitness and strength during my pregnancy. This video overviews how lifting went at 38, 39, and 40+ weeks pregnant before having an unmedicated water birth that went exactly as planned!!
I'll get back to a more consistent posting schedule once I start my next powerlifting competition prep (very soon). My next video will detail how the first 6 months of postpartum recovery went. I got back to my pre pregnancy strength (and bodyweight) very quickly. But more importantly, I am feeling even better than I did before pregnancy because I maintained fitness levels all the way up until birth.
