As trial opened against Johnson & Johnson over the mesothelioma death of a Florida doctor who had used the company's talc-based products for years, Levin Papantonio's Christopher Tisi tells jurors evidence will show the company's talc-based Baby Powder contained asbestos. The doctor's family claims asbestos in those talc products caused the doctor's fatal mesothelioma. J&J contends the talc it used in its products is safe. A Florida jury ultimately found J&J liable for the doctor's death and handed down a $20 million verdict in the case.
