VIDEO TLDR AND UPDATES

Every year, YVR undergoes ILS testing by Nav Canada to ensure the system's safety is up to par as we enter our Low Visibility Operations (LVOP) season. It was a pleasure to see this testing and be able to film it. Due to some constraints with the footage I can't release it just yet, but I promise it will be coming at a later date!

That being said, Nav Canada's plane wasn't the only highlight of the day. In fact, I was out filming from 7am until 4:30pm! Here is some footage captured from the early afternoon, the time during which I undoubtedly had the best lighting.

The Story of YVRgopher
YVRgopher originally started as a school math project in May, 2020. Over the course of the pandemic, plane spotting has become a passion and a hobby of mine. Each video I make is filmed and edited with excitement as well as dedication. My goal is to create a video that connects me with people who are like me and who have the same passion as I do.
