Heres the recipe:
Fettuccine Noodles
4 tbsp Butter
1 large clove Garlic, minced
1/2 C Half & Half
1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2C Romano cheese
1 C Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter, add garlic, cook until fragarent and lightly golden.
3. Add heavy cream and half & half, stir to blend and allow to thicken slightly.
4. Add cheese and salt and stir to incorporate and allow to thicken to the consistency that it will coat the back of a spoon.
5. Add drain and add pasta to sauce, toss to coat. Top with Pepper and parsley. Serve and enjoy!!
