The NOAA Weather Radio Station WXM28, which serves Sioux Falls and the surrounding Tri-State Area (parts of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa), conducts its Required Weekly Test every Wednesday morning between 11:00 AM through 12:00 PM. WXM28 will not broadcast a test if severe weather threatens the area around the same time. This one was caught at 11:14 AM CDT.
