How to make the most AMAZING cinnamon rolls

How to make the most amazing cinnamon rolls. (aka cinnamon buns or cinnamon swirls)

Wow, these cinnamon rolls are so soft, so sweet and so sticky.....truly amazing!! Love love love them.

It might take a little while to make these beauties because of waiting for the dough to prove but its totally with it! And it is actually a really simple, easy, fun recipe to make so why not give them a go.

Ingredients you'll need for the enriched dough-
500g strong white bread flour
10g instant yeast
6g salt
100g unsalted butter
300ml full fat milk
1 egg
80g caster sugar

Ingredients you'll need for the filling-
70g unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
60g soft light brown sugar

For the icing-
240g icing sugar
approx 3-4 tbsp full fat milk (add the milk a little at a time until you get the correct icing consistency)
