Simon Isolation Inspiration

Hello Everyone

My Name is simon and welcome to my baking YouTube channel.

Baking to me is all about having fun and making delicious but also simple bakes.
I started YouTube during isolation (hence the name) as a way of encouraging my nephew and nieces to bake.
I made my first video and it was too big to send via WhatsApp, so instead I created a YouTube account and posted it on here.
I couldn't believe the response I received from my video, I woke up the next day after posting it and I had 5 subscribers and over 100 views, I was blown away and I wanted to make more and more.
I watch lots of baking channels and they always focus on the same thing -- perfection-- to me this is not what baking is about.
getting messy and having fun is what this channel is about. You won't see me using expensive mixers or other expensive equipment.
what you see is what you get. if my cake comes out ruined or burnt you will see it :)
